| Client Care Manager - Valerie Antonik, GRI, is Pat's Seller Client Care Manager responsible for the day-to-day support of the marketing of your home. She is a licensed agent with extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer relations. She launches and manages Pat's "Smart Sale" plan for sellers and communicates the results to Pat and to you until we have successfully ratified a contract on your home. She will also help manage your contract once it is ratified by all parties. She has been Pat's "right-hand" person for more than a decade. |

Client Care Services – Mary Troller,
with her attention to detail, is in charge of
production for all Pat Fales Associates property
brochures and flyers. Mary takes photographs of all
of the properties and combines them with the
information gathered during the listing interview
and walk-throughs of the properties. She then
creates the layout for each brochure and flyer, and
completes the printing side of production as well
as distribution of the final product. |
